This API is how many online stores automatically send their product data to Google Merchant Center.<\/p>\n<h2>Key dates<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>August 18, 2026:<\/strong> official sunset of the API.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From September 1, 2026:<\/strong> requests from projects without an approved extension start failing intermittently with an HTTP 410 error.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early 2027:<\/strong> full decommissioning of all endpoints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Is your store affected?<\/h2>\n<p>The change only concerns programmatic integrations. If you upload products via a file or Google Sheets, you are not affected.
